Carrot Glazed Ham
Glazed Ham has always been one of my favorite Holiday Dishes. My family always bakes a ham for Christmas. I came up with recipe a long time ago in SF, When I was looking for a creative way to incorporate carrots into Thanksgiving Dinner without making yet another side-dish. The trick to this recipe is very finely minced carrots.
RECIPE:
HAM
1/2 cup baby carrots
2 TBS honey
1 TBS Stoneground Mustard or dijon
1/4 tsp ground clove
Preheat oven to 350*. Place ham in a baking dish. Mix all glaze ingredients in a bowl. Pour over ham. Bake uncovered, for about 20 minutes, or till golden.
